Glenn Reid - Managing Partner

Glenn Reid is an entrepreneur and engineer specializing in bringing successful products to market. Over a 25-year career he has created and launched many innovative products, including high-profile software products like iMovie and iPhoto for Apple Computer. Glenn has founded four different startup companies and has run businesses both large and small. His most recent startup success, Five Across, was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2007. For many years Glenn worked closely with Steve Jobs at Apple to design and deliver breakthrough products.
Glenn's background in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science combined with his instincts for problem-solving and finding new markets gives him a unique ability to foster new products and innovation. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.
Derek Blazensky - Managing Partner
Derek is a founding partner of Cardinal Venture Capital, where he managed a large fund with multiple limited partners and invested in many successful technology companies. Before that he managed venture investments for Adobe Ventures, worked as an engineer at Ford Aerospace and GRiD Systems. Derek holds a B.A. from Fairfield University and a B.S. in Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.
Andrea Reid - Director of Operations

Andrea Reid is an experienced administrator and leader with a background in sales, operations, and distribution channels. She has worked previously at Fractal Design Corp, MetaCreations, ran her own design and manufacturing firm, and brings her vision and enthusiasm to everything at Inventor Labs.
Tia Lyles - Director of Fund Development
Tia joins us from a background in private banking and wealth management, with a flair for business development. She was Vice President, Private Banker at both Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of the West before joining Inventor Labs. Tia has a BS in Business from San Jose State, AAMS certification, and Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Giana Montero - Design Engineer

Giana is a product design engineer who has worked on diverse technologies including medical devices for prosthetics, venous access and orthotics, as well as biodiesel technologies and engineering entrepreneurship. Giana holds a Masters degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Stephanie Byrne - Product Design
Stephanie is a senior majoring in Product Design at Stanford University. She can run a milling machine and CAD design tools and is helping us develop many new ideas into products. Stephanie's passion for product design and her cheerful and strong work ethic make her a great addition to the team.
Adam Zoucha - Product Analyst
Adam is a senior at USC majoring in Business Administration and Finance Management. He is helping us develop the market opportunity and business case for each product idea, including competitive analysis and assessing likelihood of product success.
Kristina Schmidt - Office Manager
Kristina is a graduate of Santa Clara University and a seasoned veteran in running an office, managing QuickBooks and all aspects of order processing, supply chain management, purchasing, etc. We couldn't manage without her!
Roxanne Reyes - Electrical Engineer
Roxanne has a degree in Physics from Belgium's Universiteit Haughwerten and was awarded her PhD in Nuclear Engineering from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. Roxy helps with many aspects of design and process engineering.

Ron Walter is a 30-year veteran of the electrical power industry, having grown with Calpine since its inception in 1984. He brings a range of knowledge about all aspects of the power industry, regulatory issues, and markets.
Allison Lees Heater - Marine Technician, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution
Allison has worked in oceanography and offshore research for almost 10 years, and has extensive experience in deploying marine technologies, including the "Alvin" deep-sea research submarine for the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. She presently works aboard the research vessel R/V Atlantis. She holds a M.S. in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from U. of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ron Worth, PhD
Ron Worth is the co-founder and CEO of Flashcut CNC, an innovative company with products in rapid prototyping and computer-controlled manufacturing. His extensive background brings both a deep understanding of the principles of engineering and the pragmatism of the real world of manufacturing technologies. Ron holds several patents and has brought many widely distributed products to market. Ron holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
